What is Nutristein?
We are a leading meal plan company in Dubai and all across the UAE. Our healthy meals are for everyone, and you can expect any level of customization based on your food habits and health goals.
All our meals are carefully designed to support your health goals while keeping in mind the specialized requirement of diet plans for busy working professionals.
How much are your meal plans?
The price depends on the type of meal plan you need and the portion size. It starts at AED 2,500 and can increase to a higher amount based on your requirements. You can talk to our consultant for the exact price.
How many days a week do you deliver?
We make our deliveries every day of the week. However, it is up to you what kind of meal plan you sign up for. You can get your meals delivered all seven days of the week, or you can choose to get them delivered six days a week or five days a week based on your availability and requirements.
Do you offer a trial?
We offer a one day trial and a weekly trial, 5 or 6 days.
Do you provide bags with ice packs?
Yes, of course. We provide ice packs which ensure that our freshly prepared healthy meals retain their freshness while they are on their way to your home. Not only that, we deliver our meals in eco-friendly biodegradable packages to minimize carbon footprints and in our effort to give back to the environment by contributing to sustainability. You can heat the meals whenever you want to consume them.
Is the nutrition consultation free?
Yes, the nutrition consultations we provide through our in-house expert nutritionists are free of cost. They help you navigate your journey to healthy eating and guide you every step of the way so that you can pursue your health goal effectively. Our nutritionists are well-versed in English, Arabic, French, Hindi, and Urdu, which means whichever language you want to communicate with them, they will follow.
Do I really need a consultation with the nutritionist?
The consultation is not mandatory with our in-house nutritionists. However, we encourage this consultation since it will give you a broader idea of how to go about your healthy eating journey and what ingredients to opt for in what portion so that you can reach your health goal efficiently.
How will the consultation take place?
You can consult with our nutritionists from the comfort of your home through phone call or video call.
What if I don’t take your plan after consultation?
Our nutrition consultation is absolutely free. So, even if you don’t go for our meal plan after consultation, we are happy to assist you.
Can I get guidance in my special health condition?
For special health conditions, we suggest you to consult a medical doctor.
How do I know which meal plan to go for?
If you are unsure of what you are looking for, you can book a consultation with our nutritionist, and we will guide you based on your health goals.
I don’t want to overeat; do you have portions?
Having a well-balanced meal means eating in the right proportion. Even the healthiest dish can cause alternate results if you overeat. We understand the importance of portion control, so all our meals are customized according to your calorie requirements. Moreover, our digestive system works best when it is not overloaded with food, and portion control helps keep your calorie intake in check and prevents bloating and indigestion.
How many meals do you provide?
We provide everything from breakfast to dinner along with snacks and drinks.
Can I customize the number of meals?
Yes, you can customize the number of meals based on your requirements.
Which cuisines do you have?
We offer a wide range of cuisines that reflect the diverse population of the UAE. So, no matter which type of cuisine you are craving, we have got you covered. Our meal plans for weight loss, muscle gain, ketosis, wellness, and athletes cover all the major cuisines that are not only nutritious but also extremely palatable.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in the UAE.
Is there any additional delivery charge for outside Dubai?
We delivery free of charge anywhere in the UAE.
Can you deliver meals by a specific timing?
We have specific time slot for meal delivery.
Can I change my address for delivery, time slot or meal plan?
Yes, you can; we only need a 48-hour notice for the address change and a time slot. For a meal plan change, adding allergies/dislikes/intolerances, the change will take place after 48 hrs.
What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?
We will keep the meal box at your door.
How can I make the payment?
Debit Card, Credit Card, or online transfer.
Do you accept cash?
We don’t accept cash.
Can I change my address for delivery, time slot or meal plan?
You can, just inform us 48 hours in advance.
When will I get my bag deposit back?
Once your meal plan ends.
Can I pause my plan?
Yes, please inform us 48 hours in advance.
