Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests for orders processed and prepared for shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. It is a standard carrier fee for package interception.

If you decide to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged for the shipping. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back, your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping.

Refund Policy

You shall be entitled to cancellation and refund within the first five days of the plan, subject to applicable cancellation/processing fees. Nutristein may, at its sole discretion, decide to honor any cancel requests after the initial five days of the plan, provided that it shall take a minimum of two weeks to process with a 20% cancellation fee on the payment applicable for the remaining duration. The remaining payment, if any, shall be refunded to you, or you may transfer it to another customer.
